Return Process
- 1.Verify Condition
Ensure the repair part is in its original, uninstalled condition and remains in the manufacturer's packaging with all labels intact.
- 2.Request Authorization
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique return ID.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned part, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
